Consultation fee must be paid to finalize an appointment. No appointment information will be sent until your fee is paid. 

We have appointments available in our Broward & Miami office as well as virtual consultations. 

Your consultation fee will be applied to your final balance if you decide to move forward. If you do not move forward with your outfit , this fee is NON refundable and will only cover your consultation cost. 

To begin a custom order with us, please have the following information ready. 

 - Inspiration/Mood Board

- Budget

- Your location 

- Deadline (customs should be placed/paid for at least 4 weeks prior to deadline, anything within 14 business days is considered a rush order.)

With this design service, we will go through the process of developing a garment that resembles the inspiration you have provided. Please ensure that you are consistently communicating throughout the process prior to/and after paying the invoice to secure your request.

INVOICES MUST BE PAID BEFORE CUSTOMS ARE STARTED. Unless stated otherwise, you will have only 24 hours to pay the invoice once it has been drafted and sent. No refunds.

FAQ


Do you have payment plans?

Yes we do, we accept up to four payments. Your deposit is 25-50% of the dress total and must be paid up to one week after your paid consultation. This payment is used to purchase materials needed. We do not begin construction until 50% is paid. Once your deposit is placed, your deadline is secure and your materials are ordered soon after. If the deposit was 25% the next payment would be 25% as well bringing the balance to 50%. At this point we will cut fabric and get started. The next 25%  payment is due when the garment is at least 75% complete. However, depending on the price of the garment the payment plans may differ. These payments are scheduled and must be made on time or late fee will incur. If payments are not completed, you will not receive your garment.

If over 30 days without payment past the due date, your order is at risk of being sold. Please pick a final date that works for you. 

What is your turnaround time? :

Each custom is unique, so turn around time can vary from 1 to 4 weeks for completion.

Please note that GOWNS MAY TAKE UP TO 3-6 WEEKS TO COMPLETE.

Once completed client is able to pick up the garment. If client is not local, garment will be shipped in 1-3 business days. 
Business days do NOT include weekends. Remember processing time and shipping are not the same.

 Do you rush orders?:

Yes! However, additional fees will be added. Unless it is noted on the site, all garments are made to order. Rush orders can be approved upon request! This depends on availability of fabric & time allotted. Rush orders within 7-14 days have a base rush of $75. Anything under 7 days is at the discretion of the designer.

 

REFUNDS:

NO REFUNDS will be given on orders that have been started and/or sent out. Please be mindful that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! If there is any issues with an order, please contact us and we will be happy to fix any of your concerns.

If you are not local , PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SIZING IS CORRECT!!!!! IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT YOUR SIZING, please schedule a virtual consultation with us , or visit a tailor with a list from us of measurements needed. 

If you send the incorrect size , no refund can be given on our end. If possible with garment we can adjust size for a fee. 

Local clients : upon final pick up, you MUST try the dress on to confirm a comfortable fit. Once you leave the shop, if more alterations are needed a fee is added.

 

COMMUNICATION during the creation process:

Our team here at Javi Made it works diligently to get orders out. Please be patient when waiting for a response as each order is hand made. Orders go through a process, once the item is ready You will receive an email or be notified via text. Each garment is hand crafted please be advised there will be limited contact once your order has been submitted or during the creation period of the order. We do our best to keep you updated.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS NOT BEING WORKED ON, OR HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED.  If you have any questions please send a text be patient & we will be more than happy to respond. Excessive emails and DMs will not be tolerated.

 

 

 

Running late to an appointment? 

When booking an appointment please make sure that you have set time aside. A consultation typically last about 30 minutes. Fittings can last anywhere to an hour to two hours if immediate alterations are needed. There is a 15 minute grace period when you are late to an appointment, anything after can result in a cancellation or added fees.  If you feel that you are running late please notify us as soon as possible  that we can make the necessary arrangements if needed.
